Our four phase approach of : Discovery – Plan – Action – Outcome is straight forward, objective and inclusive. In outline:
- Discover – a cross section of interviews with staff and trustees, review finances and plans pre Covid and collect views for a Covid future, review organisation external environment.
- Plan – create a plan with options for consideration, discussion, amendment and agreement with the Trustees
- Action – work with management to create the action plan and support implementation, offering the role of critical friend and supporting coach as needed, focusing on intended outcomes.
- Outcome – Evaluate the actions as they settle in to confirm success, or identify adjustments to improve outcomes further.
